General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of Wer's services, including but not limited to its online gaming platform (the "Platform"), website, mobile application(s), and any related services or products (collectively referred to as the "Services").

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Services in any manner, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms, please exit the Platform and discontinue use of the Services.

Definitions

For purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

"User" means a registered user of the Platform or an individual who uses the Services in any manner.
"Gaming Account" means a User's account on the Platform used to access gaming services.
"Game" refers to all types of games available for play through the Platform.

Registration

To use certain features and services, Users must register with Wer by providing accurate and complete information as required in the registration process.

Responsible Gaming Policy

Wer promotes responsible gaming practices among its User base. The following guidelines govern Wer's approach to promoting responsible gaming:

Users are encouraged to set deposit limits and time-outs for their accounts.
Users may be asked questions about their gaming habits or behavior.
Wer reserves the right to restrict access or block transactions from high-risk countries, jurisdictions, or individuals.

User Conduct

Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Services. Without limiting the foregoing, Users shall not:

Use the Platform in any manner that is harassing, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or obscene.
Engage in cheating or other forms of unfair advantage to gain an upper hand in Games.

Intellectual Property Rights

Wer owns and retains all intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets) related to the Services, including all software code, data compilations, databases, algorithms, technical concepts, technology platforms, documentation, interfaces, graphics, designs, icons, audio and video materials.

Payments and Currency

All payments made through the Platform are subject to these Terms. Wer reserves the right to restrict or limit deposit methods for Users from certain countries or jurisdictions.

Refunds and Wagering Requirements

Any request by a User for refund of winnings will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account all applicable laws and regulations. Certain wagering requirements may apply before withdrawals are made available to Users.

Termination

Wer reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Gaming Account without prior notice in its absolute discretion. The suspension or termination may result from but is not limited to a User's failure to meet payment obligations, unauthorized use of the Services, suspicion of collusion or money laundering activities.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction set out below:

Amendment

Wer may modify these Terms from time-to-time without prior notice to Users, which modifications become effective as soon as they appear on the Platform. If you do not accept any modification to these Terms, your continued use of the Services is deemed acceptance.

Severability and Waiver

The terms set out above are severable in nature, but if a court or other governmental authority declares that one clause is void or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining clauses will remain fully effective. A failure by Wer to enforce a right under these Terms does not mean that it has waived such rights.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire understanding between you and us with respect to your use of the Services. These Terms supersede all prior agreements (whether oral or written) in connection with this matter.

By using any part of the Platform, User signifies his acceptance of these Terms.
